SimpleMorphic is what comes from Cuis and SMx contains the classes
which have to be in Squeak to accomodate SimpleMorphic.

Move all Squeak extensions from package SimpleMorphic to package SMx
in order to keep package SimpleMorphic as close as possible to the
base distribution.
