I have updated the TimeZoneDatabase package on SqueakMap. The latest
version removes all package overrides so that it can be loaded and
unloaded in Squeak trunk.

This is an Olson time zone database. The time zone rules are stored
in the image (no reliance on the operating system). The Squeak Chronology
integration provides proper calculation of times and durations across
time zones, and handles duration calculations across daylight saving
time transitions.
