Squeak images saved by the CogVM will have a new image format. The current 
release (4.1.1) of SqueakVM for windows can't read such images. I built a 
VM which can be used to convert your images back to the old formatl. It's 
available here: 
http://leves.web.elte.hu/squeak/SqueakVM-Win32-4.4.9-2358-non-official-bin.zip
