I did a retest of loading Seaside 3.0 with SqueakMap into a fully
updated image -- Squeak4.3alpha-11454.

Seasides 3.0 loads fine but it still shows the behaviour that the
Seaside control panel does not work and I have to use the workaround
given by Tobias Pape (inspect on the Adaptor, then 'self start')
(see screen shot).

How do we get to a properly written, updated SqueakMap entry?
BTW what does it mean that the version number (3.0) is in parenthesis
whereas 2.8.2 is not?
