A repo of OpenQwak packages has been created. That means you can now be 
discrete about the pieces of Qwaq you want to experiment with. Python 
Bridge for example. It's all GPLv2 license. I imagine this only matters 
if you become some kind of business entity. For hackers, there looks 
like lots to experiment with.
