Investigation reveals that the primitive is failing to return the
local IP address.

<primitive: 'primitiveResolverLocalAddress' module: 'SocketPlugin'> in
class NetNameResolver.

Works correctly in Win7 and Mac OS X.

FreeBSD has a reputation of dealing with network configuration
differently than Linux.
