[squeak-dev] OSProcess bug affecting OSP 4.4.4 on Windows

Hi Igor,

This is the image-side OSProcess, so no impact on the VM at all. But
on the OSPP plugin side, you may want to take a look at using the
latest update I did there, as opposed to the oscog branch. AFIK,
either one should work fine with Cog at this point, although I'll
note there is a bug in the oscog branch related to answering the
correct standard streams, so from my point of view it would be good
if you can just use the "trunk" version.
