Dave,
On quick look it appears the ANSI standard only specifies DateAndTime, and
not Date at all.
I think Date should be renamed to Day, and then a new class (with the old
sematics of Date as it used to be) be implemented under Magnitude.
I wonder how many people/projects that kind of change would affect...
