I downloaded 4.3 and tried to follow the instructions in "How to extend the system" workspace for installing OCompletion:

(Installer ss project: 'OCompletion') install: 'Ocompletion'. 
appears to work.

(Smalltalk at: #ECToolSet) register. 
fails with 'Key not found: ECToolSet'

Any suggestions much appreciated.
