Sorry if I missed the answer to this -- Does anyone know the proper
upgrade from legacy locale initialization code as:

     NaturalLanguageTranslator localeID: (LocaleID isoString: 'nl')

which now blows up our image build with NaturalLanguageTranslator DNU
#cachedTranslations since GetText was put in the trunk.  Is
InternalTranslator the equivalent of NaturalLanguageTranslator?
