Because it's AOSD, I sat down and optimized ContextS2 somewhat (layered
method executions should be around 3x faster than before ... which is
still around 80x slower than non-layered methods on Cog). I also fixed
the tests on Pharo 1.4

So, ContextS2 should now run from Squeak 4.2 onwards and on Pharo 1.4
