Hi--

     I'm trying to build the Squeak VM on Mac OS X (10.7 or 10.8, Xcode
4.1 or 4.5). The build is getting hung up on the global:

Cursor macCursor

in sqMacWindowUniversal.c, for example. Where is Cursor supposed to come
from?
