I put a version with Eliot's new vm's (2714) and icons here:

I tested that it works on Ubuntu 12.04 and Windows XP.

But:

    - I don't know if it works on a Mac.
    - The prior windows VM from Eliot included a Squeak.ini file but the
current ones do not.  I included it but I'm not sure whether its
necessary or not.
