WeakFinalizationList
     instanceVariableNames: 'first'
     classVariableNames: 'HasNewFinalization ...

I've been trying to figure out why some code of mine is failing. 
WeakRegistries are in the mix and I notice that HasNewFinalization is 
false. Does this matter?
