[squeak-dev] Squeak 4.4 Question

I've just done that, James, and also put up the Cog VMs we tested with
4.4 (version r2640). I haven't yet uploaded Interpreter VMs.

And I've update the release checklist to make sure 4.5 doesn't have
this issue :)
