4.4 is done, but of course if bugs are found then they need fixing,
which means occasional releases. People using Squeak in anger should
be using 4.4, not 4.5, so I expect/hope that we'll get bug reports for
4.4 from people _using_ Squeak, and bug reports for 4.5 from the core
devs.
