[squeak-dev] Squeak-related talks at FOSDEM 2013

Hi all--

I'm giving two talks in the Smalltalk devroom at FOSDEM[1], in
Brussels on 3 February. One is "Squeak latest", an overview of the state
of Squeak and its community. If there's anything you'd like me to cover,
please contact me. It's going to be a whirlwind tour, though; it's a
25-minute slot.

The other talk is about the "active filesystem" work I've been
doing[2]. The abstract for the talk is at [3]. I'd like a better name
for the Smalltalk implementation. Several possible themes come to mind,
but I think I'm looking for a literary reference: a miniature city that
has a two-way causal relationship with a real city. Does this remind you
of any sci-fi short stories or novels?

You can find me on IRC, on the #squeak and #spoon channels, as well
as email and all the usual VOIP, IM, and social media communities.

     thanks!

-C
