Hmmm. It seems the ConfigurationOf is expecting GemStone and Squeak, not 
Pharo.

Yikes, the differences in Date, Time, DateAndTime, timezones, etc. 
across dialects and versions is a *challenge*.

I probably don't need Magritte3. I just want to create ical files.
