Now that XML-Parser isn't part of the core image (in the sense that if
you take a TrunkImage from build.squeak.org's SqueakTrunk job you
won't find that package), SqueakTutorialsOnXML is a bit of an orphan.
Currently it lives in Help-Squeak-Project, when it seems to me it
ought to belong in, say, XML-Parser-Help.

(And as a more general principle, package specific help ought to
belong in that package, not in a Help-* category. Oh, and you ought to
write help and tutorials for your package. And I ought to take that
advice myself...)
