[squeak-dev] Using Pharo VM for Squeak (Mac)

OK, first difference to report:

Using Cog, if I click on a SystemWindow title bar and drag, I get the 
outline of the window following the mouse pointer around.
Using this Pharo VM, there is no feedback while dragging and the 
SystemWindow snaps to the correct place when I release the mouse.
