I should have mentioned that what we can get from the mailing list is
the actual author for every piece of code. People would send stuff to
the list and Dan Ingalls would copy/paste the most interesting code to
his image, which would later become the official image. For the
relicensing effort this was important information to have, but for
casual browsing we don't really need it.
