I started making the CI Cog VMs on Windows use SqueakSSL [1], and almost
all the tests pass. _Almost_.

SqueakSSLTest >> #testSSLSockets and SqueakSSLTest >>
#testSocketAccept fail with "SocketPrimitiveFailed:
primSocketSendDone: failed"

Has anyone else seen this?
