Removing OneCharacterSymbols (was: Re: [squeak-dev] The Inbox: Collections-nice.530.mcz)

Another sender used to be #xColon. Not sure if we need to worry about that one.

CharAsSymbolSenders sortedCounts
==> {6474->#scanToken . 141->#xColon}
