[squeak-dev] more debugger

I guess this is another area where we will disagree. I'm not a huge fan 
of diffs on the list. I'm not concerned whether it ever makes it to the 
trunk. I am finding it enjoyable and if others do as well, fine. If not, 
that's fine, too.
