Using Mac OSX 10.9.1, both the 4.4 and 4.5 all-in-ones produce this error
when I try to open them: 

"Squeak-4.4-All-in-One" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it
to the Trash. 

4.3 all-in-one works, as does Pharo 2.0 Portable. I'll have a look.
