[squeak-dev] Morph dragging code?

Hi

A few comments:
CompoundTileMorph contain other morphs that wants drops, so I don't think
you can reject drops to it.

Morph>>mouseDownPriority shows some of the confusion with isPartsBin and
isPartsDonor
