[squeak-dev] mouseOverForKeyboardFocus default for 4.5

In most cases, I'd say "do whatever most new users will expect."

In this particular case, I dislike click to focus so very much that I'm
going to throw an enthusiastic +1 to Chris' suggestion. Even if we lose;)
