Fix some warnings and some 64-bit issues with the ThreadedFFIPlugin.

Fix positive64BitIntegerFor: by fixing new
generateSignedShiftRight:on:indent:.
Symptom is LargePositiveInteger results from primGetPosition: for
SmallInteger
values.
