[squeak-dev] [Minor BUG] UserDialogBoxMorph pop up in upper left corner

It can seem like when UserDialogBoxMorph inform: 'Some info' is called, it
is most often from a block and then the hand position is wrongly
interpreted to be in the upper left corner.

This is no big deal, just a little quirk.
