I think it's more to do with a period of confusion I had with
ContextPart>>runUntilErrorOrReturnFrom: which I was convinced was buggy
qwhen in fact it was a VM issue to do with the awful practice of popping an
empty stack, leaving stackp = -1, and then pushing back the receiver,
something I wish the VM didn't have to support, but does.
