[squeak-dev] bugs.squeak.org: default owners of tickets

Hi Eliot,

I'm not sure how it's configured, but do we have a VM category, and the
issues are getting automatically assigned to me. The Mantis tracker is
quite helpful for VM issues that cannot be immediately resolved on the
mailing lists.
