[squeak-dev] Another keyboard shortcut issue: ctrl+shif+i open ObjectExplorer

Hi,
I'm pretty sure I used to use ctrl+shift+i to open ObjectExplorer but only
alt+shift+i works now.

No combination of swapping and duplicating ctrl and alt in preferences help.
