Ah, OK -- I didn't even think to search Stack Overflow for the answer.  I'll
remember that for next time.

For the record, I had to do this (in case someone else finds this post
searching for the answer):

1. Download newer VM from https://bintray.com/opensmalltalk/vm/cog/
2. Download current image and sources from http://squeak.org/downloads/
3. Start newer VM and choose .image file

Anyway, now I'm up and running, so thanks for the help!

BTW, if it's going to be months before the next release or something, I
agree that some info in a place where a new user might actually find it
would be a good idea!
