While I can't say that it will be the final I think the chances are very
good.  I wouldn't have suggested changing to this VM had it not been that
the bug I uncovered, which has a low probability of biting, is a serious
one, with the potential for computing incorrect results, hard crashes that
are very difficult to diagnose from the crash log, etc.  So could I ask,
given that I have no desire to propose another version as the release
candidate that you do update and test?  We do have to test eventually and
the one we have now is our best bet.
