Good news. When something like this happens I like to have it recorded in the HowToBuild. Ideally we would include the clang version as well as the Xcode version in the report. Does anyone have 9.3.1 installed and if so, what does clans report for its version (-v IIRC)?

My system details are in the crash log toward the end of this message. I should probably try again with a VM I didn't compile myself. FWIW, I recently upgraded to the latest Xcode tools from Apple.
