Always.

A few icons help me navigating. Change the Icons and I'm startled for days.
That's also one reason for me to use colorful windows: I can navigate the "Tools" menu better. 
For "Apps" without icons/colorpatches, I actually have to read the menus, for "Tools" I can 
just jump to the memoized color.

TL;DR: a few memorable icons help navigating.
