[squeak-dev] adhere to edge slow in Squeak6 (also was in Squeak5.3 ish)

Hi Folks,

To reproduce....

Open  a browser, minimize it.

Open another browser minimize it.

On one browser, right click-> adhere to edge bottom-right.

on the other browser, right click->adhere to edge bottom left.

wait.
