Add BannerMorph example to demonstrate ScreeningMorph, BackgroundMorph and other Morph techniques. Reuploaded to fix bad dependency in example (it has to be #asTextFromHtml instead of #asHtmlText). Replaces MorphicExtras-ct.271, which can be moved to the treated inbox.
