I tested on OpenIndiana and on Solaris 11.3 and I believe this works.
Probably it also works on Solaris 11.4 but I didn't try that so far.

Two remarks:

 1) as always you could explain that you first have to run :

	Installer ensureRecentMetacello.

 2) when you click 'Refresh' in InboxTalk, it alerts :

	There is no archive path set to store data.
	The following default will be used:

		<SOMEPATH>/squeak-history/lists

	Do you want to change that to a custom path now?

I think this question should be changed or its sense should be reversed.

Seems more intuitive to ask "Do you accept the default ?" and answer "Yes".

Anyway this seems to work for me based on a quick test ...  Nice work.
