[squeak-dev] SqueakSSLCertifcateError 'Invalid certificate' when attempting to open squeaksource.com monticello repo

It happened to me with openssl 1.1.0. The solution was the same.
But it's not consistent. On one machine it just worked, on another it 
didn't. Same OS, openssl, vm, image.
