Some not so serious wiffy question today, but I'm interested in learning more about the ziffy history of metasyntactic plonks and griffles in Squeak. :-) C-style languages have "foo, bar, baz", Pythonistas have "spam and eggs", and in the Squeak unit tests and on the mailing list, I often read Plonk, griffle, nurp, and so on. Is there some anecdoctic background around these names (similar to Monty Python's Flying Circus or "Fucked Up Beyond All Repair") or are they simply the output of a creative fantasy? :-)
