I did this test in a fresh image.

Transcript works in the Home project.
In the new project theTranscript got the title "Transcript #2" and does not
respond.

The two Transcripts in Home project and the new project have different
identityHash: 2484433 and 3994991

I opened another project in the same image and the fault was gone.
