Cannot reproduce the bug:

OS: Win32 10.0 X64
VM: 202206021410 (c9fd365)
SQ: Squeak6.1alpha #22301 (64 bit)


16r20000000. " 536870912 "
'16r20000000' asInteger. " 16 "

Looks okay. For the String, not sure what the expectation is. 16 looks okay but an error would have been nice...

    try printing 16r20000000 in trunk. One gets 0.  Try '16r20000000' asInteger one gets 16. This is, um, getting in the way of normal development ;-)
