[squeak-dev] Proposal: "Move window to project" menu for PluggableSystemWindow

Preference System window embed ok
When that is enabled, a system window will drop into a ProjectViewMorph.
We made that a preference since it is quite annoying to accidentally drop
windows into projects by mistake
