Hi Dave --

Looks good. We can tweak the robustness of this feature later on. We keep the .sources file external in the bundles for now but users can choose to cache it in the image and experiment with the feature. 

If there would be any Squeak bundles that have the .sources cached in the .image, there must be an option to fileOut that .sources again automatically if you disable that preference. Otherwise, data would just be lost.
