Hi Bob --

The current Squeak bundles are not notarized yet. So, for now, you have to open System Settings > Security and click "Run that last app anyway..." :-) The release bundles will be notarized. I disabled this for now because otherwise I would get around 4 emails every day from Apples notarization servers. :-D
