At least here in Canada you do not have to provide any bank a/c details in order to use Paypal - I use it to handle annual subscriptions to my model flying club. Most people simply use it as a way to enter their credit card number without that ever being known to me/the club.

I don't know the details of how it needs to be configured and it is certainly possible SFC might need to make changes to handle no-account-CC.
