Background. We know have that Metacello bootstrap code located here:

http://files.squeak.org/metacello/


So we can have Squeak-release specific versions of it. In Squeak 5.3, the prior bootstrap code is still working. After bootstrapping, Metacello is updated from its GitHub location:
