Morning all.

I asked Apple what's involved in distributing Squeak on their iDisks.

iDisks, part of their iTools platform allow anyone (mac or windows)
to access 20mb of storage from the disktop.

Now part of the stuff you can get at is numerous third party
software. So I asked about distributing Squeak using that platform.
Many mac owners mount their iDisk and look at the third party
software.

The answer is yes, but someone needs to fill out a form with stuff like

Grant of Rights for Materials: Licensor hereby grants to Apple a
worldwide, nonexclusive, fully paid-up, royalty-free license to use,
reproduce, have reproduced, publicly perform, publicly display and
distribute Licensor's materials described in Exhibit A attached hereto

So who wants the form?

The iDisk Software Distribution Program was launched in December of
2000 with the goal of bringing the best of Mac OS X Public Beta
software to the iTools community. With the subsequent releases of Mac
OS X and its tight integration with iTools, the scope of the iDisk
Software Distribution Program has broadened to become a distribution
model for all software that runs on Mac OS X.

There are two main goals for this program:
1) To provide a distribution channel for Apple developers
2) To provide as much Mac OS X software to the iTools community as possible
