Added NetworkingDevice as superclass for LancePCIDevice and
Realtek8139Device. This class will have the structure for
NetworkingDevices, for example, nextPacketPut: and nextPacket: with a
SharedQueue for outgoing packets, and with knowledge pass the incoming
packets up. I also think that the name of some methods can be stadarized
across different implementations, for example #receiveInterruptPending,
#handleReceiveIRQ, #missedPacketCounter, etc. Even when the
specification for every card names them different.
